Our design principles

With accessibility as an integral and essential aspect of the design and build of our websites, we employ universal design principles that ensures our web pages can be viewed and navigated effectively by all of our users, independent of the device they are using.

Bupa website pages are designed so that you can change the style, size and colour of the font used, as well as the background colour. If you wish to do so, please see the guides below.

We also offer a choice of Braille, large print, or audio for our letters and literature. Please let us know which you would prefer.

Links to useful information

If a word is underlined, you can click on it to find out more. Links to non-Bupa websites and downloadable files such as PDFs will open in a new window.
