This service is provided through our partner, Teladoc Health, and made available, at no additional cost, to our customers with a company health plan who are due to be sent on assignment.

Frequently asked questions

How long does it take to complete the health questionnaire?

It should take no longer than around 10 minutes to complete.

When will I receive my report?

After completion of the online questionnaire, you should receive your report within 48 hours.

How is the information provided to me?

This is an email only service – the report will be shared to the email address you provide when completing the health questionnaire.

Is the report confidential?

The information you provide to Teladoc is safe, secure and will be maintained confidentially by them. The details are not shared with Bupa Global or your employer.

Can my dependants also use this service?

If you’re relocating with your family, you’re welcome to register for your dependent child(ren) and answer questions on their behalf, however dependent children over the age of 16 must answer the questions for themselves if they choose to complete the questionnaire.

When completing the registration form, you will see a tick box will enables you to provide any dependent details.
