Below you can find out more about registering with the Bupa Global Careers Centre and our application process
By registering with us, you can create a profile and upload your CV, which will allow you to easily search and apply for any new vacancies as they go live. This will also mean that the resourcing team will be able to match your experience to new vacancies, recommending roles for you to apply to. You'll also be able to set up job alerts, so that when a relevant job matches your search preferences, you'll receive an email to let you know. Then all you have to do is login and apply!
If you already work at Bupa, you can also use the Bupa Global Careers Centre to create your own profile and search for jobs. Simply register and create your profile using your Bupa email address and you’ll then be able to view all jobs that we're currently advertising, including those available to internal candidates only.
We ask you to upload a copy of your CV when creating your profile, as this is a key part of the material that the resourcing team will review when considering any application and matching anyone to a job.
If you aren't able to upload your CV, please complete each section of your profile in full and to the best of your ability, so that the system can create a CV from your information.
The more detail you can provide us with, the better we’ll be at matching you to the right job.
You can upload more than one CV to your profile if you would like to, so that you can select from these when you apply to jobs.
Either before or after registering with the Bupa Global Careers Centre and creating your profile, you can view all vacancies currently live at Our Vacancies. On this page, you can also type in any key words relating to your experience or the title of the job you are looking for, and relevant matches will be displayed for you.
Applying for a job
Once you have created your profile, applying for a job couldn’t be simpler. Just click on the ‘Apply’ option when you are viewing a job and your application will be sent to the resourcing team to review. When you submit your application you will likely be asked to answer a few pre-screening questions relevant to the particular role and asked to upload a copy of your CV. For certain roles, answers to these questions may determine whether your application is taken through to the next stage of the recruitment process.
Timescales for reviewing applications will differ between regions, but you will always receive a response to your application. The recruitment process itself will vary per role and region, but you will be updated along the way via phone and email (so please look out for these!). To view what stage of the process your application is currently at, you can also log in and view your dashboard.
If you are invited to an interview, a member of the resourcing team will be able to advise you on what to expect. This will vary in region, but will likely include an initial phone or digital interview, followed by one or more of the following forms of assessment:
- Core capability interview
- Technical/function specific interview
- Online profiling assessment
- Presentation, written task, role play
- Assessment centre
If your application is successful and you’re invited to join the team, the resourcing team will guide you through your onboarding journey.
Recommending a job
If you are reviewing a job and feel it would suit someone else you know, do click on the ‘Refer a friend for this job’ link and follow the prompts to share the job with them. They will then receive an email letting them know that you’d like to recommend the role to them, and they’ll be able to follow the link to the job, where they can then apply.
When you’re logged in, if you need any help along the way, the ‘Help’ tool holds FAQ’s and is a good first point of call. If you can’t find what you’re looking for or require further help, please contact the resourcing team at email@example.com.
