We’re excited to announce another step in our transformation strategy as we work towards becoming the leading provider of premium international healthcare by 2028.
We’re significantly expanding our business in France through a strategic partnership with ExpaTPA. This partnership will see us deliver a service proposition to the French market, aiming to increase our French market share to 10%.
This is a significant development in our strategy, with our increased presence in the world’s fifth largest IPMI market providing a huge growth opportunity for our business, both in France and beyond.
For our members in France, we’ll be able to offer service propositions in both French and English, plus many other languages. Also, end-to-end member, group, and broker servicing, an online portal and digital app for self-servicing, and a trusted French brand that will give us real credibility in the market, via ExpaTPA.
What's next?
Having officially partnered with ExpaTPA, over the coming months we’ll be applying to the regulator to establish a branch in France. This regulatory approval will allow us to onboard customers and hire a dedicated team in France. In July, we hope to open our first branch in Paris – launching our products and services into the individual customer segment.
