Advice for registering as a new user

This page is intended for members who have never managed their policies online and would now like to register for new MembersWorld.

Error messages and tips to resolve them

Please make sure the details you enter match those on your most recent membership certificate. Contact us if you need more information.	Please review the guidance for entering the details provided during the registration process carefully, making sure you enter them accurately. Please see "More information for new registrants" below.
Please check that all fields are complete.	Please check you have entered information in all fields.
Please enter dates as DD MM YYYY.	Please make sure you are entering the date using the Day/Month/Year (DD MM YYYY) format.
Your account status is preventing you from accessing MembersWorld. Please contact us for more information.	If you are under 16 years of age, you cannot access MembersWorld*. If you are over 16 years of age and are seeing this message, please contact us using the number on your membership card.
This email address or this membership number is associated with an existing MembersWorld account. If you have already registered and are having trouble logging in, use the "Forgotten your password?" link to reset your password.	Please note that if an email address is registered as a MembersWorld username for one BI number / customer, it cannot then be used for a different user in the future. All MembersWorld username email addresses must be unique.

*If you are under 16 years of age, you cannot access MembersWorld due to privacy regulations. We can usually help you to manage your policy activity over the phone. Please contact us using the number on your membership card.

More information for new registrants

To begin, please go to our registration page. The details you need to enter on this screen should be available on your membership correspondence. Please enter them exactly as they appear there:

Make sure your surname has no ‘hidden’ extra spaces at the end.
Enter dates in the DD MM YYYY format.

Once your details are accepted, you will be asked to enter an email address to use as your username, which you will then verify. Please note that your new username must be an email address that is unique to your account and easily accessible to you during this process.

Once you have verified your email address and set a secure password your new MembersWorld account will be created. You will then be taken through a process to confirm the details we hold for you before you can access the new portal.
