More information for migrating users

To migrate to new MembersWorld enter your username and password from original MembersWorld on the Sign In page and click Continue. If your login credentials are recognised and you are over 16 years of age, you will be prompted to upgrade your username and password to continue.

Once your details are accepted, you will be asked to enter an email address to use as your username, which you will then verify. Please note that your new username must be an email address that is unique to your account and easily accessible to you during this process.

Once you have verified your email address and set a secure password, your new MembersWorld account will be created. You will then be taken through a process to confirm the details we hold for you before you can access the new portal.

If you have any issues accessing MembersWorld after migrating, please see the troubleshooting guide for logging in as a registered user.
