The business case for creating diverse and representative workplaces has never been stronger. But why in 2022 are women all over the world still facing health inequalities and bias in the workplace?
This session explores what more Businesses and Healthcare Providers must do to support the unique health and wellbeing needs of women.
If we’re serious about creating true equality, and diverse workplaces of the future, we must first address the inequalities women face. And we must rethink the support we provide, ensuring the unique health and wellbeing needs of women are met throughout their careers including, fertility, maternity, menopause, and endometritis.
For our 9th Perspectives sessions our new host, Dr Luke James, was joined by brilliant expert speakers including Marissa Orr, a former Google and Facebook executive and gender equality expert, Leila Thabet, CEO and Founder of Naytal, Dr Paula Franklin, our Group Chief Medical Officer and Kaitlyn Tuson, Women’s Health Champion, Marketing Executive and Brand Strategist. They shared their personal experiences and insights to educate, break taboos and challenge thinking to help reverse the historical gender bias that continues to exist in business and healthcare.
