That’s why we’re excited to announce the launch of a new portal – replacing our existing platform, IntermediaryWorld.
Introducing Bupa for Business, our new digital front door for intermediaries
As demand for seamless healthcare continues to increase, we know supporting clients means constantly balancing advice, admin and responsiveness.
We understand intermediaries need a modern, easy-to-use online experience. And as part of our continued investment in advancing digital capabilities, this new website will change to the way you manage your International Private Medical Insurance (IPMI) business with us online.
Bupa for Business will provide you with:
- an intuitive user interface
- faster performance and easier navigation
- cleaner journeys designed to make doing business with us more convenient
- like-for-like features to IntermediaryWorld, representing the first step of our transformation journey with future optimisations coming next year
Your new portal will be launching towards the end of 2026. In the meantime, we will be running a pilot with selected clients and intermediaries to test the platform before we fully migrate all users to Bupa for Business.
What you need to do next
Over the next few months, we’ll be running a pilot for a small number of intermediaries to test the Bupa for Business portal. If selected, you’ll receive instructions by email on how to register and use the new platform.
You will also receive FAQs to help you manage your portfolio, along with contact details for further assistance if needed.
All other intermediary partners will be invited to register for the Bupa for Business portal when it launches to all users after the pilot has been successfully completed.
What’s changing for clients?
The Bupa for Business portal will make it easier for intermediaries to do business with us. But it’s not just for intermediaries. Group secretaries will also use the portal to manage their cover as Bupa for Business replaces CorporateWorld, improving our digital capabilities and allowing customers to better access the care they need.
