Terms and conditions

  1. 1. These Offer Terms (including the Offer description above) set out the key terms of our Bupa Global Offer. Please make sure you read these together with our General Offer Terms, which contain important additional terms, including information about when statement credits or points can be reversed or lost.

  2. 2. Statement credits will be awarded for eligible transactions using your Card during the Offer period, as explained above and within these Offer Terms and General Terms. A statement credit should appear on your Card Account statement within 30 days from the date you made an eligible transaction, but in some instances could take longer.

  3. 3. You can report missing cashback or statement credits by contacting us via the Amex App or by calling the number on the back of your Card. American Express will then take the appropriate steps to resolve your request within a reasonable timeframe.

  4. 4. By saving the Offer to your Card, you agree to all our Offer Terms.

  5. 5. Offer includes transactions made over the phone.

  6. 6. Spend must be billed to your Card account by 25/10/2025, to be eligible for this Offer. If Bupa Global does not charge your Card during this period, you may not be eligible for this Offer.

  7. 7. Offer only applies to spend made in Great British Pound (GBP) on the Card to which the Offer is saved.

  8. 8. Offer valid for the purchase of Private Health Insurance for UK residents only.

  9. 9. American Express Services Europe Ltd (AESEL), which is an insurance intermediary, has its registered office at Belgrave House, 76 Buckingham Palace Road, London, SW1W 9AX, United Kingdom. In providing this offer, AESEL is introducing you to Bupa Global. AESEL is not part of Bupa Insurance Limited.

  10. 10. If Cardmembers elect to purchase insurance selecting a split payment plan, the 10% statement credit will only be awarded against the first payment made.

  12. 12. Only one credit per UK Card.

  13. 13. This Offer only applies to purchases on the Card to which the Offer is saved (including where the Card has been added to a mobile wallet). If we send you a replacement Card following any fraud [or fraudulent activity] on your Card, and if the Offer is still available, you may need to save the Offer again to your replacement Card for you to be enrolled.

  14. 14. Some payments made through certain “payment facilitators” will not be eligible and will not count towards your spend for the purposes of the Offer. A payment facilitator is an intermediary that accepts payments on behalf of the seller of the goods/services. Payment facilitators can include some online payment platforms/marketplaces, and entities that provide certain card acceptance products (such as mobile card readers) to sellers of goods/services.

  15. 15. If the merchant offers an alternative way to make a payment, such as through a third-party payment facilitator which is not eligible under this Offer, this spend will not be eligible for statement credits and will be excluded from the Offer.

  16. 16. Transactions that are subsequently cancelled or refunded will not count towards your spend for the purposes of the Offer.

  17. 17. By enrolling and making a qualifying purchase, you acknowledge that to enable you to redeem the Offer, American Express may share certain transaction data and the first digits of your Account number with the merchant to reconcile and assess the Offer.   18. 12. We will use your personal information such as name, email address, Account number and transaction information to manage your participation in the Offer and to track your spend. Please see our Cardmember Privacy Statement for details of how we use your personal information.
