Call the number on your membership card for any medical needs. Our services for pre-authorisation, claims and treatment remain open and available.

I am outside of the impacted region, but my family and dependents are there: are they still covered?

Yes, if they are covered under a Health Insurance policy.

If I feel unwell during this time, how can I access treatment?

You can continue to access health treatment 24/7. Please contact us on the number on your membership card to discuss your care.


You can access a virtual GP 24/7 through your MembersWorld app also.

How are you monitoring the situation and deciding what happens next?

What if I was due to travel to the impacted region?

We strongly recommend you follow official advice including in relation to travel. If you ordinarily reside in the region, you can use your policy as usual. Policy limitations or exclusions may apply in circumstances where one takes active steps that put themselves in danger in a zone of conflict.
