At JAAQ at Work, we focus on keeping our platform members engaged through regular updates, ongoing communications, and interactive opportunities. Every month, subscribers receive the JAAQ at Work newsletter, keeping them informed about the latest platform updates, newly released conversations, and giving them a behind-the-scenes look at what's coming next.

We also host monthly Power Hours, live, interactive sessions where one of our creators or an expert join to explore key topics and answer audience questions in a safe and supportive space.

The JAAQ at Work platform itself is refreshed every month with new content, updated banners, and new creators to keep the experience dynamic and engaging.

How does JAAQ at Work support me as a Group Secretary?

To support launch and engagement, we also provide Group Secretaries with toolkits that include communication templates and promotional assets to help raise awareness of the platform among eligible employees.

What does JAAQ At Work cost?

There is no additional cost to you or your members to access this platform.

What topics does JAAQ at Work cover?

JAAQ At Work covers a wide range of topics to ensure relevance and impact in the workplace. To achieve this, they consulted with executives, HR directors, and wellbeing directors to identify key areas of focus.

Topics include burnout, menopause leadership, inclusive recruitment, LGBTQIA+ issues, disability, race, and ethnicity. They have filmed content on over 70 topics with insights from over 50 workplace experts.

Additionally, JAAQ At Work releases at least two new conversations every month to keep the content fresh and engaging.

How does JAAQ at Work protect employee’s privacy?

JAAQ at Work provides a psychologically safe and anonymous space for employees to ask questions and seek support. No personal data is captured, ensuring complete privacy for users. However, employers do receive anonymised, aggregated insights from the JAAQ at Work SME platform, helping to identify key trends and topics to inform and strengthen their wellbeing strategies.

What are the language capabilities in the JAAQ platform?

Today the conversations are available in English. We are currently working with the JAAQ team on developing further language capability.

How can members access JAAQ at Work - app/web/both?

Currently JAAQ at work is available directly from their web platform only – we are exploring how we can deliver access via MembersWorld in the future.

Your members will each receive an email directly from us, titled ‘How to access your new mental health and wellbeing service’, which will notify them that they now have access to the platform.

This email, much like the one you have received, will contain a unique link that will take them directly to JAAQ at Work. They should bookmark this link.

How will any newly enrolled members access JAAQ at Work

Every month, we will send the access emails to any newly enrolled members. Again, it will contain the link directly to the platform.
