Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) discount offer

The following terms and conditions relate to the offer of a 10% reduction in rates for qualifying members of the Franco British Chamber of Commerce when they set up a Business Health Plan France with Bupa Global DAC (“Bupa Global”). 1. 1. To be eligible for this offer, you must:

   • a) be a company incorporated in France,
   • b) a member of the Franco British Chamber of Commerce,
   • c) pay premiums from France, and
   • d) have either:
     1. i. purchased a selected Business Health Plan France from Bupa Global or through an intermediary, or
     2. ii. switched to a Business Health Plan France from another insurance provider’s health insurance policy.

2. 2. This offer will only be available where a quote is provided between 17/11/2025 to 31/01/2026 (inclusive), AND the Business Health Plan France starts on or before 01/02/2026 except if you have switched from another insurance provider’s health insurance policy in which case your new Business Health Plan France must start from your existing policy end date, but no later than 01/03/2026.

3. 3. This offer will only be available when buying one of the following Business Health Plan France plans: Select, Premier or Elite.

4. 4. By accepting our offer, you agree to these terms and conditions.

5. 5. This offer is available for the first year of your Business Health Plan France only and will not apply in any subsequent years.

6. 6. The offer is not available to customers:

   • a) switching from an existing Bupa Global health insurance policy or Business Health Plan France, or
   • b) customers renewing their Bupa Global health insurance policy or Business Health Plan France.

7. 7. This offer consists of a discount of 10% (ten percent) of the premium payable in the first year of the Business Health Plan France only.

8. 8. This offer is not available in conjunction with any other promotion or offer except the family discount.

9. 9. Bupa Global reserves the right to decline to offer a Business Health Plan France in its absolute discretion, and Bupa Global’s decision regarding any aspect of this offer is final.

10. 10. Bupa Global reserves the right to cancel, amend or withdraw this offer at any time.

11. 11. The offer has no cash value or alternative and is non-exchangeable and non-transferable.

13. 13. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bupa Global Designated Activity Company (“Bupa Global DAC”), and the Bupa group of companies shall not incur any liability for any claims, damages, losses or other liabilities whatsoever arising under or otherwise in connection with this offer.

15. 15. The promotion and these terms and conditions are governed by Irish law. Any dispute that cannot otherwise be resolved will be dealt with by courts in Ireland.

16. 16. In addition to these terms and conditions, the terms set out in your membership guide and your membership certificate will apply to your Business Health Plan France.
