If you are a broker based in Hong Kong and you wish to partner with Bupa Global and introduce the next level of private medical insurance to your customers, please download and fill in the Distributor Preliminary Questionnaire (pdf) and the Distributor Application form (pdf) and email both documents to brokersales.hk@bupaglobal.com. You will be contacted shortly to be taken through the formal application process.
