Making things easy: Making sure going forward you have as little paperwork as possible, from starting your policy, to claiming, to updating your personal details – how to best utilise our digital services available to Bupa Global customers such as MembersWorld or Facilities Finder

Your personal account manager can provide you with ongoing support and help you to be proactive around your health as part of your Mid Term Review Call:

We remind you to take up any preventive benefits which may be covered by your plan such as a general Health Assessment, an eye test, vaccinations or dental check-ups
We make sure all your details are still up to date, you still have your login details for our online platform MembersWorld and are here to answer any other questions you may have about your plan
And we will discuss what you think of your cover so far, if you have any queries we can help you with and ask for feedback on our performance
